More serious and on-topic question to redeem myself: How many headmates can you have talking at any given time? How smooth is the experience? Can you talk over each other?

host's age seems to matter way more than whatever age the tulpa chooses to appear as like, a 15 year old brain can't have an adult tulpa because they themselves have never experienced being an adult

So. I want Elfie to become mature, fully developed being, equal to future me. That means, not only having her own character and belief system(which is work in progress, but nothing not doable with time), but also being adapted to life in real world, having the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them - and how am i supposed to teach her that if i'm myself still being infantile and irresponsible child? I was observing myself for quite a while for now and i see big problems with my behaviour, which didn't led me to a big troubles only because i was lucky enough till now. I am not even a developed character myself, i was diving into literature and movies all the time and never thought about my own ego. My beliefs about outside world are delusional and poorly structured. How to make your tulpa better then yourself? I don't want for her to be stroke later because of my bad decisions. Like Sora said

First, on age- I don't think anyone is stopping you from making a tulpa who's an "adult", regardless of your age. At 16 I created tulpas who were supposed to be adults. I do however agree that your tulpa will be limited by whatever flaws you have, but there's a catch. A tulpa may decide some of your flaws really bother them and they will be motivated to challenge those flaws. Consider myself and Ranger. I am an introvert, and honestly I'm fairly content having lots of alone time. I do struggle with loneliness, but I'm not super eager to go out there looking for friends, aside from having close friends. Ranger on the other hand is far more socially needy, and this doesn't work for her. As a result, she has spent time looking for ways to interact with people. Ranger isn't doomed to being a hermit because of my lack of social skills, and as a bonus she's shown me the importance of socializing with people. While tulpas will start off with your problems, they can choose to do something about it if they're incompatible with who they are as a person. (edited)

It's hard to have a tulpa who is more mature than you are. You can both practice and learn from each other though.

So that's not something i can do. If there will be a problem, they will have to deal with it. Okay. I better work on my flaws then and pray. Well, i scheduled a visit to mental doctor, hope he will help me find a way to work on my problem, as all i could come up with myself didn't execute well. Tulpas are not therapists, they would not be able to fix you and your problems on their own. Going to therapy is a really good idea though!

Tulpamancy isn't supposed to help with mental problems. But I hope you and Elfie can benefit from having an internal close friend.

Some thought came to me when I heard about ego death. if a tulpa exist with a host who already lost themselves, would that tulpa also have the same problem or will it be different?

During our first year of our journey we have made a lot of companions that are no longer with us. Nothing to be ashamed of.
